Errors on Web Site:
Eclipsemed will seek to correct, to the best of our abilities, any discrepancy or errors in pricing or availability caused by network lag, hacking attacks, or server failures. This can include refunds of full purchase amount.

To Open An Account:
You must register online or call customer service at 800-759-6876 before placing orders online. Once the registration process is completed, Eclipsemed will email you a User ID and Password for entry into the Buy Online page. All products online can be ordered in real time using our secure online ordering system. You can avoid additional handling charges by taking advantage of our monthly Auto-Ship feature.

To Place Orders:
Call 800-759-6786 Monday-Friday from 8AM to 5PM (Central Standard Time). Or order 24 hours a day via our web site, secure online store. You can also fax orders to us at 972-380-2953.

Order Inquiries:
Please reference your customer order number (telephone number), order date and purchase order number (if any) when checking on an order. Due to high traffic and customer service calls, we may not be able to respond with an an answer immediately. Please allow 24-48 hours to contact you and respond with your information. You can also email order inquiries to sales@eclipsemed.com.

Ordering/Shipping Policies:
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-5 business days. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Morning and Two Business Day Express Service. For Standard and Express Delivery rates, please review the table below.

Returned Goods Policy:
A. Authorization
1. A return good authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns.
2. All product must be new, sealed in the box.
3. All returns are subject to the manufacturers returned goods policy and a minimum 20% restocking charge or the manufacturers restocking fee which may be more than 20%.

B. Ordering / Shipping Error
Items ordered or shipped in error may be returned provided:
1. Customer service is notified within (10) days of receipt of merchandise
2. Returns must be received within twenty-one (21) days of initial shipment and products must be in original, unopened, undamaged cases, suitable for immediate resale.

Prices Firm:
The prices shown on our web pages are firm. Unfilled current orders (orders on hold) will be invoiced at the price prevailing at the time the order was taken. All published prices are net. Prices are subject to all taxes, excises, or other charges levied by any government (national, state or local) upon the sale, consumption or use of the products.  Inquires for price quotations on larger quantities than those published on our online store are solicited and are available to direct accounts only. Most items sold in less than case quantity at same price listed. Non-stock items available in full case orders only. Non-Stock items are generally non-returnable.

Error Or Damage In Shipment:
We use the greatest possible care in packing our shipments. Notification by customer must be made to our customer service department with 72 hours of delivery in order to receive full credit for any product error, damage or loss occurring in transit. Claims for damage honored after the original packaging and merchandise has been inspected by the carrier. Customer service will arrange for the return or destruction of all merchandise at no charge to the customer.


If the product should become defective within the warranty period, please contact Eclipsemed. Call Customer Service at 800-759-6876 for repair or replacement. Eclipsemed. reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:
- Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
- Servicing by unauthorized persons
- Use with unauthorized accessories
- Connecting to incorrect current and voltage
- Any other conditions beyond our control

ECLIPSEMED, LTD. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

This warranty gives you, as the customer, specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may or may not apply to you.
