Tom O’Brien
CEO
Prior to founding Eclipse in 1993, Tom held several leadership positions throughout his career in the medical device industry. Having mastered both disposable and capital equipment sales for companies like C.R. Bard, Tom’s track record of success quickly established Eclipse as the go-to company to launch new technology in the surgical laser industry.
Over time Tom transitioned Eclipse from a leader in the OR surgical laser market to a key player in the aesthetic laser industry. Starting in 2011 Eclipse began a new mission of increasing adoption of Platelet-rich Plasma on a national level. His vision and leadership has helped Eclipse become one of the most successful medical device companies in its space. Tom’s new mission is to bring game-changing Eclipse technologies in Platelet-Rich Plasma, Microneedling and Pulse Wave Therapy to the entire globe.
Jason Reneau
Chief Operating Officer
Jason serves as the Chief Operating Officer, providing oversight across all operational functions throughout the organization, and ensuring quality standards are met and maintained. He provides guidance and ensures proper regulatory standards are sustained throughout medical research, product development, manufacturing, operations, quality, and regulatory affairs.
Jason holds more than 15 years of experience in the medical industry, specializing in quality and regulation of medical devices, OTCs, HCT/Ps, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals.


Lori Hamilton
Chief Financial Officer
Lori Hamilton currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. In her role, Lori is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of Eclipse. Within finance, she guides the accounting, tax, and internal audit functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy and meet its valued customers’ expectations.
Prior to joining Eclipse, Lori held previous accounting and controller positions in the medical supply manufacturing and distribution industry. Lori attended the University of Michigan-Flint where she received a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
Michael O’Brien
VP of Sales
Michael graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and landed his first job working for a large distributor of Xerox systems. It was there that he learned how business owners depend on technology to run their companies. In 2007, he began his career at Eclipse which has taken him from Dallas to Phoenix to Los Angeles and eventually, back to Dallas.
After 12 years of working at every level of sales at Eclipse, Michael has become one of the most experienced sales executives in our industry. Over the past 7 years, he oversaw the successful launch of Eclipse PRP® and is excited to be working with the top dermatologists and aesthetic physicians to bring MicroPen EVO™ and Votesse™ to patients all over the country. He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two children.


Julie Summerville
Sr. Director of Product Management
Julie has over 10 years’ experience in the medical device industry. She graduated from USC’s Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in International Consulting. Shortly after graduating, Julie managed Marketing and Events for an European Medical Device Company and traveled internationally launching their consumer marketing brand.
In 2013, she joined Eclipse managing their marketing & events then returned in 2016 to direct the development and launch of many new product lines for Eclipse. Currently managing over a dozen new projects, her most exciting assignments thus far have been developing the MicroPen EVO, Eclipse eVive and Votesse.
Her charge is to continue to bring safe and superior products to market that improves the health and beauty of all.
Kerry Duraso
Director of Customer Service Operations
Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in managing teams and databases. While attending LeTourneau University she quickly realized her niche was in data and team management. She strives to provide a productive and energetic work environment understanding the impact the inside culture has on each customer’s experience. Her professional experience and skill sets have taken her from smaller non-profit organizations to large international corporations where she has served in both a management and project management roles.
Kerry’s role includes leading the customer service and sales support teams for Eclipse. Under her direction, the customer service team is responsible for handling all orders placed through our direct sales team, our customer service line or through Eclipse’s online store.
Additionally, she manages a team that is responsible for providing support to our direct sales staff and managing the Dynamics CRM Database. Customer satisfaction both internally and externally are of the utmost importance.
